The 1427 model is 14.5" diameter by 27.5" tall. Comes with one 13" cooking rack with 6 inches clearance. Fits 1 pork butt, or 1 whole chicken, or 1 brisket flat, or 1 beef chuck roast. Made from 20 gauge steel. Easy to carry and transport.

The 1834 model is 18.5" diameter by 34" tall. Comes with two 17" cooking racks, each with 6" clearance. Fits 4 large pork butts, 2 per rack. Fits 4 whole chickens, 2 per rack. Many other possible combinations of meat can be smoked in this model. Made from 16 gauge steel.

The SMALL model is 23.5" diameter by 35" tall. Comes with one 22" cooking rack with 8" clearance. Fits 4 large bone-in pork butts, or two medium 12 lb. whole briskets, or 2 small 10-12 pound turkeys. Made from 16 gauge steel. This is the original size BDS. Awesome!!.

The MEDIUM model is 27" diameter by 39" tall. Comes with one 25" cooking rack with 10" clearance. Fits 6 large pork butts, or two 14+ lb. whole briskets, or 2 large 20+ pound turkeys. Great for beer can chickens & ribs. Made from 16 gauge steel. This is an incredible smoker!!

The LARGE model is 27" diameter by 42" tall. Comes with two 25" cooking racks, each with 7 inches clearance. Fits 12 large pork butts, or 12 whole chickens, or 4 large 14-18 pound whole packer briskets. Made from 16 gauge steel. Great for competition, vending, catering and large parties.
